“100% Job Assistance” means support in job search, interview preparation, and employer connections.
Final selection depends on employer requirements, candidate performance, and market conditions.
3. Fees & Payments
Registration or course fees (if applicable) must be paid as per program terms.
Fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any fee-related disputes will be handled as per organization policy.
4. Candidate Responsibility

Participants are expected to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Attend training sessions regularly
Complete assignments, projects, and assessments
Maintain discipline and professional behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

5. Certification
Certificates (if provided) are based on participation and performance.
Certification does not guarantee employment.
6. Employer Interaction
Dev Foundation acts as a facilitator/bridge between candidates and employers.
We are not responsible for employer decisions, job terms, salary, or work conditions.
7. Use of Information
Participant data may be used for training, placement, and communication purposes.
By enrolling, you agree to be contacted via call, message, or email.
8. Code of Conduct
Misconduct, false information, or misuse of the platform may lead to termination of participation.
9. Limitation of Liability

Dev Foundation and Dev Infotech shall not be held liable for:

Job selection or rejection decisions
Any loss arising from employment offers or employer interactions
External factors affecting job opportunities
10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify program structure, fees, or policies at any time without prior notice.
