PRAKRUTI is Dev Foundation’s environment-centric initiative aimed at restoring nature through tree plantation and the Miyawaki forest method. We focus on creating dense, fast-growing urban forests that enhance biodiversity, reduce pollution, and combat the adverse effects of climate change.
By engaging communities, corporates, schools, and local bodies, we’re transforming barren land into thriving green spaces — contributing to a healthier, greener, and more resilient planet.
Using the Miyawaki method, we plant a variety of native species close together, creating dense mini-forests that grow 10x faster, absorb more carbon, and require minimal maintenance after 2-3 years.
Organized across urban and rural areas to increase green cover, engage volunteers, and spread environmental awareness.
